Online Return Policy
Items purchased on our website may be returned via mail or our Triangle Hardware location only. Items are eligible for refund to the original form of payment or exchange when they meet all of the below requirements:
- Returned to us within 14 days of the order date
- Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- Include the order receipt/packing slip
- Item is not a part of a store sale that does not allow for returns
How do I return something I purchased online?
Online purchases can either be returned via mail or in store during our regular business hours. If returning via mail, please send items back with the receipt, in their original condition, and packaging to the address below. We are not liable for damage caused to your items in transit, so please be sure to package your items back to us carefully to ensure a refund. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

When will my refund be processed?
Please allow 7-10 business days from the time the items are returned to us for the funds to go back on your card. Refunds do not include shipping fee.
Final Sale Return Policy
Sale and discounted items are all Final Sale and are not eligible for returns. This applies to both our online and in-store purchases.
Triangle Hardware reserves the right to not refund an item if there is any sign of wear, misuse, or damage. Shipping and Handling is not refundable for refund or store credit. Return shipping costs are not reimbursable unless Triangle Hardware sent damaged or incorrect merchandise.
